Sales Operations Manager

Apply NowUSATestprep is seeking a sales operations professional to join our Finance team. The mission of the Sales Operations Manager is to build a CRM that drives incremental revenue and provides mission critical insights into our business. This role reports to the CFO and directly serves our Revenue team. This position is primarily remote.
Success in this position in 2021 will be measured by quota attainment for the Revenue Team. Key metrics for success will be:
- Meeting or exceeding Sales quota; to be determined for 2021
- Eliminate any inefficiencies and introduce comprehensive best practices for CRM usage and administration.
- Successfully meeting the deadlines and fulfilling the responsibilities below.
Key regular deliverables and responsibilities include:
- Weekly report: Produce a weekly succinct narrative on the new sales and renewals funnels that identifies areas for focus at the team and individual rep focus. All data and exhibits will be native salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Monthly reconciliation: Manage the monthly reconciliation of revenue attribution and sales rep commission credit and compensation.
- Ongoing elimination of inefficiencies: Serve as the owner and project manager for revenue efficiency. Be responsible for eliminating standalone spreadsheets, double-keying, and manual work. Serve as a training resource for front line reps on salesforce.com best practices, and serve as the primary interface between sales and technology.
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis: Support executives with ad-hoc reporting and sales analysis as needed, such as for board reporting, budgeting, and ongoing management discussions.
Required qualifications and experience include:
- Salesforce.com: high proficiency with salesforce.com, including building reports and dashboards, modifying queries and doing light programming, customizations and integrations. High familiarity with salesforce.com best practices, training resources and broader ecosystem.
- Sales & financial reporting: high proficiency with leading the analysis and reporting on sales metrics and incorporating sales metrics into broader management reporting and budgeting.
- Sales automation systems: familiarity with supplemental sales automation systems, such as pardot or outreach.io, and ability to direct best practices for integrating these systems with salesforce.com.
- Education and prior experience: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a technical or financial discipline. At least 3 prior years of experience in a similar role using salesforce.com
